Located in the historical Port of Waterford Building (home to Waterford Chamber) this vaulted basement creates the ideal location for an upmarket French restaurant.

This listed building provided many challenges including working with limewash plastered walls and original granite flagstones

The design of the restaurant is sympathetic to the architecture of the building, with influences of New Baroque

Antique and ornate furniture and decoration were combined with modern technology and materials to create an ecclectic, decadent interior
