McEniff Ard Ri Hotel

A fresh approach was taken when designing the lobby to this existing hotel. Bright wall colours were toned with soft browns and caramels in the carpets and sheer curtains. Custom-designed leather seating and dark oak reception furniture create a relaxed atmosphere.

Keeping with the ambience of the lobby, the bar was designed to appeal to a wide range of customers. A richer colour scheme and use of suede curtains gives more depth and combined with the lighting, creates more of a lounge effect.

The classic detailing and colour scheme makes the ballroom more opulent than the rest of the hotel. Warmth is increased with the oak system partitioning and bar. The contemporary red drapes compliment the architecture and add a luxury to this important room.

The refurbishment of 100 bedrooms was completed in three phases, each in three-week phases. Rich burgundy carpets were used with Skopos bedcovers and silk-effect curtains to ensure that a guest feels immediately at home on entering. All of the white oak furniture was custom-made to give a contemporary feel.
